Therapy begins with an assessment and a personalized plan. I spend the first few sessions getting to know you and your history, so we can build a clear understanding of your needs. Together, we’ll outline your goals and the trajectory of your therapeutic work.

Clinical Supervision- Virginia Residents in Counseling
Clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists focuses on supporting your clinical growth while strengthening your skills and confidence. My role is to help prepare you for independent licensure and to aid in cultivating your professional identity as a clinician.
