I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and relational concerns, helping them better understand what’s going on beneath the surface.
My Style
Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational and grounded in curiosity. We’ll slow things down, look at what’s working (and what isn’t), and explore how your past experiences may be shaping your current struggles. I show up as myself in session, creating a relaxed and supportive space where we can talk honestly—that includes checking in about your week, that recent round of golf, or a new recipe you tried, while also doing the deeper work of addressing your anxieties, insecurities, and long-standing internal battles.
